In this role, you will: Support the management of the RFB relationship with the PRA on regulatory reporting submissions Ensure that the outputs are of a high quality, reflecting accepted regulatory policy and standards with transparent and robust control procedures that withstand internal and external scrutiny Deliver analyses and reporting to the PRA, ensuring accuracy, and timeliness; including 'Ad Hoc' regulator requests Develop and maintain relationships with the RFB finance management as required to deliver the reporting Maintain strong collaborative working relationship across Group / RFB Functions Work with stakeholders within Finance and beyond to implement changes to regulatory policy and standards, deal with ad-hoc requirements, quantitative impact studies / consultations To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Experience working in relevant market/context, i.e. Capital reporting, regulatory experience, PRA experience Role relevant qualifications, i.e. PQE - CIMA, ACA, ACCA Past working experience in a relevant role A broad understanding of financial budgets/statements/models, with experience of analyzing data effectively for planning, forecasting and reporting We are required by the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013 to create a ring-fenced bank in the UK by 1 January 2019. Entirely new from the ground up, HSBC UK's head office is opening in Birmingham. The location of this role will move to our new state of the art offices at 2 Arena Central during 2018.
