My client is a global recognised manufacture who has been a constant name in there market place for over a 100 years.

Due to project growth they are currently recruiting multiple SAP HCM FUNCTIONAL LEADS to be based within there West Midlands office.

You will be working within the framework of the SAP Programmes Strategy, Roadmap, and the defined Human Capital Management Work Plan, provide business process enablement advice and knowledge, focused on the key Human Capital Management process chain and the primary integration points. Act as the conduit between the CoE Technical Resources and the business functions, working with the various business functions to understand their operational requirements, and optimisation opportunities. To provide end -to-end solution expertise in the Human Capital Management (Hire to Retire) process/
application area, centred on the SAP solution, to support on-going business led continuous improvement initiatives and the HR Transformation.

Key Performance Indicators
*Completion of Continuous Improvement CR activities to agreed estimates.
*Successful (no issues) implementations of Continuous Improvement CRs into the production environment
*All Process Documentation maintained to required standard and timescales (to support launch of any changes)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
*Three+ project life cycles in functional consultant or subject matter expert roles on a major SAP project/programme
*Ability to conceptualise and communicate complex topics to senior stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner
*Good process and application understanding of the HR end to end processes, particularly how the applications integrate and manage data
*Success Factors On boarding, Recruitment, Recruitment Marketing, Learning, Employee Central, Talent Management, Compensation Management
*Good understanding of SAP ECC HCM
*Excellent understanding of differentiating processes and core business challenges in the automotive sector, focused on the Human Capital Management process chain.
*Ability to work under own initiative and under tight time pressures - planning, prioritising and controlling own and team's workload.
*Build relationships based on trust and credibility with JLR senior management and partner organisations
*Strong inter-personnel and communication skills, both verbally, in writing and via presentations
*Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred

*Three implementations in a lead functional consultant role.
*Information Systems Coordination - SFIA Level 4
*Innovation - SFIA Level 4
*Programme and Project Management - SFIA level 3
*SAP Solution Architecture (Automotive) - User
*SAP BI experience
*MS Project user
*Degree level qualification or equivalent
*SAP HCM Certification
