As a Store Manager of a leading opticians, your role would revolve around customer service and exceeding targets. In this particular role you would need to be very personable and be able to understand the wants/needs of every customer as these do vary from person to person. Our client is a household name based in Walsall. Client Details The client is a market leader within the optical sector. They are very well known and have been established for many years. Description As an Store Manager your roles would include the following: Customer service High standards of product quality Exceeding KPI's Leading and managing a team General running of store Keeping productivity at a high standard Maintaining brand loyalty Creating brand awareness Being flexible in dealing with each particular customer Delivering on demand Profile To be a Store Manager you would have had similar experience in a management role, including cluster or regional management. Having opticians experience is preferred but not essential. Job Offer For the right candidate, the client is willing to offer a Salary of up to £29,000 p.a. along with corporate incentives.
