We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced person in the role of Registered CQC Scheme Manager.

Location: Multiple vacancies across the West Midlands - Dudley, Wolverhampton, Sandwell and Coventry
Salary: GBP30,000 to GBP35,000 per annum (dependent on size of Scheme Managed)
Hours: 35 hours per week (full time)

This dynamic role, with no two days the same, will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service which exceeds the expectations of our residents. You will ensure the support needs of residents are met and will assist and monitor their general welfare, as well as promote their safety, independence and happiness.

You'll have great people skills, with a passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people. As well as being a people person, you'll also be business focussed with the ability to improve and enhance the service we offer to our customers.

The ability to lead your team to success is essential. You'll have knowledge or previous experience of working with older people, and an understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable people with care and support needs and how those needs may be met in line with regulatory and contractual requirements.
