Our vision is to create more learning opportunities that will encourage people to fulfil their potential, increase knowledge, skills and enhance performance; and enable us to meet our strategic objectives both now and in the future.

This role will provide the opportunity to be involved in the full learning cycle everything from learning needs analysis, through to design, delivery and evaluation of learning interventions. We are looking for someone who has a creative and engaging style of training delivery and is interested in the mental health field.

Your first task will be to co-develop/design and deliver a suite of courses on mental health related topics for staff across the Charity who support people with mental health issues.
