The Learning and Development team are currently going through an exciting transformation that will enable us to increase the scope of the service that we are offering to the Charity. Our vision is to create more learning opportunities that will encourage people to fulfil their potential, increase knowledge, skills and enhance performance; and enable us to meet our strategic objectives both now and in the future.

This is a key role within the team and we are looking for someone who can come into the department and streamline our administration processes and procedures, to make them more efficient. You will need to be passionate about delivering excellent customer service to our internal customers, have great attention to detail and be able to successfully deliver the basics such as co-ordinating courses and events, and maintaining training records and a training database. Yet you will also be keen to support and be involved in larger learning and development projects.
