Software Support Consultant
Experienced software support consultants are sought by a leading supplier of workforce management software solutions, to provide front line support to their clients. Office based in Tamworth, junior to senior level roles with salaries from early £20ks to £30k pa depending on experience. Willing to train the right candidates but must have some software support experience or familiarity with T&A / WFM solutions. Already experienced in a software support / application support or service desk role, you must have: - previous client facing software support experience - background in responding to sofware support queries / applications support queries from clients about the solutions - excellent customer service skills - strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting expertise - very good verbal and written communication skills - familiarity with deploying and configuring solutions ideally - ability to plan, manage and prioritise your work to achieve company KPIs and targets. Any applications support or software support or service desk experience is welcome. Time and Attendance (T&A), Workforce Management (WFM) or payroll interface familiarity is ideal but not essential. We will consider applicants at a higher salary level if they have the ideal combination of Workforce Management / Time and Attendance and support experience.
