Commercial Manager Network Rail is at the heart of revitalising Britain’s railway. Infrastructure Projects are involved in some of the most ambitious and diverse ventures that this country has ever seen, transforming how people travel and make a massive difference to passengers and freight users right across Britain We have a range of rail-related multi-disciplinary projects, across a value range between £500k and £500m including civil engineering, structural, track work, signalling, electrification, telecoms, high-speed rail and design services. Infrastructure Projects in Birmingham and Manchester are looking for staff with commercial experience across the pre and post contract life-cycle. So if you are experienced in estimating, contract drafting, risk allocation and target cost negotiations, contract administration, dispute resolution and contract audit please read on. Our commercial managers s upport the programme and project teams in monitoring for breaches of corporate governance compliance with Network Rail Corporate Governance. They monitor, manage and report on all commercial aspects of allocated projects and identify and advise on all commercial risk/claim events.
