Job Ref: DJMA1715 Job Title: Head of Operations Location: Midlands/South Yorkshire Salary: £50,000 dep on candidate Reporting to the Operations Director this is a great opportunity for an experience Operations Manager and Leader, to take responsibility for the customer service, sales, collections, and account management teams, developing your people, processes, systems, tools and technology to enhance customer, employee and third-party satisfaction and experience. This is a rapidly growing ambitious, agile and innovative company who are committed to providing excellent customer service, across a range of financial services and consumer credit operations. For this position they will be looking to hire an experienced operational manager with excellent customer service skills gained from within the financial services industry. You will work with the senior management and executive team to identify, recommend and implement continuous improvement across all areas and help the business continue to grow and achieve their goals and objectives.
