As the Quality Manager you will be responsible for: Maintain and support the company's existing validation procedures and overall delivery framework. Successfully maintain ISO9001 and ISO27001 to include auditing processes. Manage and maintain the company's quality inspection and product release programme. Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation. Promote quality performance and achievement throughout the organisation. Liaise with customers auditors and ensure the execution of corrective action and compliance with customer specifications. To be successful in the role you will have: Diploma in Quality Management or equivalent - degree level would be advantageous. Management experience within an IT or Software related industry. Implementation and maintenance of ISO9001. Implementation and maintenance of ISO27001. Familiarity with current health and safety legislation. Excellent customer facing skills.
