Salary up to £40,000 per annum inclusive of OTE A very exciting position has become available for an ambitious and charismatic individual looking to take the next step in their career with an industry leader. Zenith Hygiene Group is looking for a determined individual to manage our customers in and around the Stoke on Trent area. The position will suit either an experienced account/territory manager looking for a new challenge or an individual with strong customer service skills and experience in sales looking for the next step in their career. Zenith Hygiene Group is the UKs largest independent manufacturer of cleaning and hygiene chemicals. For over 20 years, we have been a trusted supplier to a number of renowned hotel groups, and national restaurant chains. Our vision is simple; we strive to provide quality products and solutions to meet our customer’ needs which in turn create clean and hygiene environments. The position is field based and will involve on-site visits to your assigned territory of customers. Providing exceptional customer service, guidance and advice on cleaning processes and COSHH and increasing product sales will form your main responsibilities. The position requires an ambitious individual who is organised, adaptable and driven by personal targets. Your ability to understand, meet your customers’ requirements is essential to ensure growth and retention of Zeniths accounts . The ideal candidate: Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and ensure maximum effectiveness of time Target driven with a strong attention to detail Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work as part of a team as well as being self-motivated Excellent customer service skills Calm approach to issue resolution A full clean driving license Computer literate including, Outlook, Word, Excel Previous experience of using Salesforce (desirable) Knowledge of the industry and our customer sectors or a willingness to learn Standard DIY skills Potential OTE up to £40,000 per annum (inclusive of basic salary), plus company car, phone and tablet computer.
