Our Falls Prevention Service provides an exercise programme aimed at older people at risk of falling. Our service combines both Postural Stability Instruction and home based Otago training. The exercises classes will be delivered in small groups in community locations within the Nottingham North & East Clinical Commissioning Group locality.

You will be responsible for the effective coordination and monitoring of the service to ensure classes are well attended and delivered in welcoming, accessible venues. This includes co-ordinating referrals, contacting participants, promoting the service to ensure maximum take up, organising room hire and refreshments, data collection and inputting, as well as producing reports.
