We are recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our clients based in Aldridge. As an Administrator you are responsible for providing a comprehensive, confidential and professional support service in all aspects concerned with the efficient and successful operation of the office.

Duties and Responsibilities of an Administrator

- Acting as a professional point of contact at all times on the telephone and in person for both external and internal contacts, to include meeting and greeting visitors at all levels;
- All aspects of general administration and support, diary management, screening all incoming calls and correspondence, booking meetings internal and external
- Providing accurate minutes of meetings and distribute accordingly plus any other ad hoc duties required within the scope of the role.
- Compile reports, minutes and other documents where required.
- Administrative support to other members of the Senior Management Team.
- Commercial Assistance including report production with understanding of Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post.

Details of an Administrator

- Location: Aldridge
- GBP7.50-GBP9.00 per hour
- Hours: Mon-Thu 8.30am - 5.00pm/Fri-8:30am-4:00pm
- Temporary to Permanent

- Excellent MS Office skills to a high level in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint (presentations) and Excel (graphs and spreadsheets).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Accurate, quick typing skills.
- You will need to be comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
- Excellent use of English language (both written and verbal) and a professional image and manner are pre-requisites of the job alongside patience, resilience and good listening skills.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels in the organisation.
