Hours: 35 Hours per week, Full-time

Sova's Mentor Support Officer (MSO) in Staffordshire will work with partners in our Staffordshire NEETs suite of projects.

The MSO will support projects across Staffordshire working with volunteers to support vulnerable adults who are not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET). The MSO role will also support these service users in a one to one capacity, across the county of Staffordshire and will be based at Sova's Stafford office, with in-reach into partner offices. The post holder will be a part of a Sova team providing support across the West Midlands.

Sova's Mentoring Support Officer role will work with NEET adults who may or may not have an offending background, but have been long term unemployed and are in need of extra support. The project will work alongside a number of specialist partners and receive referrals from them.
