The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Client Manager to join our busy Operations department in Telford. You will be managing a large portfolio of clients, building relationships and overseeing the management of collections and credit control.

This is a high volume, busy role with a varied workload so we are looking for a fast paced individual who is comfortable working in this type of environment.

Key Accountabilities

•Liaise with clients, keeping them up to date with actions taken and issues on their sales ledgers
•Consistently deliver a high quality client service.
•Monitor client performance including profitability and net worth.
•Maintain regular communication with clients.
•Work in conjunction with the relationship management team supporting them in providing client service
•Liaise with risk department for account reviews with a view to participate in reviews of appropriate levels.
•Collate and assist with analysing client management information
•Investigate all client queries and offer timely solutions and updates

•Good working knowledge of MS Office - particularly in Word and Excel.
•Good literacy and numeracy skills - minimum GCSE in Maths or English or equivalent.
•Excellent attention to detail
