Residential Support Workers Full Time hours per week, to include covering weekends and bank holidays

Salary from £16,231 rising to £16,969 per annum (dependent on completion of Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare), plus a minimum of £2,000 per annum for sleeping-in duties

Will be working in school and residential care settings specialising in education and therapy for boys aged between 8 and 19 who have a range of Autistic Spectrum Disorders and associated emotional and behavioural difficulties.

 Working within a designated team you will promote structure, boundaries and domestic routines within the Home, as well as providing guidance, support and engagement in a variety of activities on and off-site. 

In partnership with the Education Team you will help maintain a stable, happy and caring environment to encourage our young people to lead independent lives and achieve their potential.

Candidates will need to have 6 previous experience in a residential childcare setting
