Aspire people are pleased to offer a position for a SEN Support Worker within the City Centre of Birmingham. Supporting a teenage female student - you will have experience of challenging behaviour that is non physical. Any exposure to SEN or Youth/Support work is relevant. You should be able to converse in Benagli and be persuasive in being able to engage with the student in attending college. The hours of employment are 12.00-4pm Tues/Wed/Thurs and this could well lead to full time hours on those days if desired. You will need a full and clear DBS that allows you to work with children and adults - we can arrange this if suitable. PLEASE get in contact if your skillset reflects that of the advertisement.
