Position: Office Manager
Location: Stourbridge, West Midlands
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

- Coordinating each RFP / Tender project, collating the relevant, accurate information & ensuring submission deadlines are achieved
- Ensuring all client contracts are accepted, adhered to and are current
- Ensuring the successful upgrade from the 2008 to the 2015 standard, maintaining compliance across the company
- Project managing the implementation of ISO 20121, setting up a team to deliver accreditation to the certification and managing the subsequent adherence to the standard to retain accreditation
- Health and Safety Management at general office and facilities level
- Supplier Management ensuring contracts, confidentiality agreements and all documentation is up to date and correct
- Line management and mentoring of receptionist, ensuring switchboard services are maintained at all times during working hours
- Scheduling monthly meetings, collating pre-read reports & circulating to the management team. You will be responsible for producing some monthly reports
- Co-ordinating and challenging all office contracts and looking for cost savings where possible
- Management of building and grounds maintenance ensuring the premises are kept tidy and in good condition
- Project managing all facilities and refurbishment programmes
- Managing the external IT suppliers and helpdesk incidents, ensuring their IT system is robust with secure back up and maintenance procedures in place, management of Exchange 365 licenses
- Managing an asset register for all company property, purchasing, maintaining and selling assets where appropriate
- Creating a full company policy directory and the maintenance thereof
- Running and managing all induction programmes for new staff

About you:

- Previous experience of running / managing an office
- Strong project management skills with a track record in having managed previous projects
- Experience of working with ISO 9001, ideally to the 2015 version
- Excellent communication skills
- Line management experience
- Excellent MS Office skills with good working knowledge of Outlook Word, Excel and Power Point
- Full driving license with access to a vehicle, this may also be require when running errands

Desirable Skills / Requirements:

- Experience / understanding of ISO 20121
- Contract Management experience
