As a global leader in the production of Aerospace components for both civilian and military aircraft, my client has a specialist division, dedicated to servicing their products, through their spares distribution and MRO operations in both markets, across almost 30 core product capabilities.

The constant availability and inbound flow of products in to this team inevitably generates surplus parts, for which my client has developed a strong global market.

They now seek a dedicated person, based in the UK at one of their three main facilities to help develop and increase the trade of such 'Surplus' parts and systems. Totally dedicated to developing the sales of such a wide range of categories of parts, will mean the person will have to quickly learn both products, systems and capabilities of the various trading divisions. Your duties will include;

* Assist with the daily quoting, sourcing and pricing inventory
* Assist the Inside Sales team in trading surplus inventory
* Deliver high quality customer service
* Managing time efficiently
* Assist management team in developing and reviewing sales processes
* Analysing trends, creating reports to provide the best knowledge

As the ideal candidate, you will already demonstrate commercial / sales experience in the Aeronautical / Aviation sector, ideally but not essentially combined with aftermarket, refurbished parts or MRO.

With a strong 'customer focus' you will be highly organised with strong inter-personal and analytical skills. You will also be IT literate, able to use systems to assimilate and capitalise on customer information, which will present itself via a number of platforms from differing businesses in the group.
