Brighter Futures Housing Association offers effective solutions to the complex needs with which many peoples' lives are troubled.

Brighter Futures is setting up a new project as part of the Connecting Choices ESF and Lottery-funded project to support unemployed or economically inactive adults within Stoke on Trent and North Staffordshire to improve their employability.

The project will provide support for disadvantaged people who are not in work and most at risk of social exclusion, including people with multiple and complex needs such as mental health, homelessness, substance misuse and offending.

Brighter Futures will be providing training and 1-1 support for people needing help with debt, finance and digital inclusion.

We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, with a positive can do approach, who are able to encourage and motivate people to make positive changes in their lives.

Connecting Choices Tutor

37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

£20,460.26 per annum
