Due to continued expansion, this exciting role will involve the following duties:

- Develop and support effective HR administration processes
- Support the administration of HR related projects across the business
- Process and appropriately file all HR administration
- Provide employees, prospective employees and leavers with accurate and relevant employment documentation
- Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders and recipients of HR services
- Maintain the HR system to ensure data remains continuously up-to-date
- Support the preparation of HR reports
- Maintain records of HR activities, spends and projects
- Deliver a HR Service according to agreed KPI's
- Provide an effective link between HR, Recruitment and Payroll and ensure adherence to deadlines

Applicants for the HR Administrator role must have significant experience of working in a similar HR support role and a sound knowledge of HR legislation, policies and procedures. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, allied to a good level of IT literacy to include MS office, particularly Excel.

Due to our client's location, it is advisable for candidates to possess their own transport as access via public transport is very limited.
