They are currently looking for 2 Reservations Administration Apprentices to join their busy Birmingham City Centre based team. An ideal opportunity to learn on the job whilst completing a Level 3 Business qualification.

Main Responsibilities

Working with a busy office environment your duties will include:

- Rail Tickets - review of bookings, printing of tickets, preparing tickets for processing
- Post - collect and deliver post where required
- Watch list
- iVIP queue
- Credit card failures
- Updating Hotel contact information
- 3rd party payment form completion
- Triage
- Shredding
- Various other office duties

Qualities/ requirements

- Professional attitude
- Well organised
- Flexible and willing to learn
- A friendly and professional telephone manner
- A team player
- Any previous administration experience is highly advantageous
- Must be IT literate

Qualification requirements

Minimum of 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English.

Other Important Information

Daily working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm, 37.5 hours per week


A full time role upon completion of the Apprenticeship. Further accredited training.
