Customer Account Manager
M-Tec Engineering is working with a major first tier automotive supplier who is looking to take on an experienced Customer Account Manager based in the midlands. As a Customer Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and growing business with current customers. Further responsibilities will include: Expanding sales profit with current customers through new business and developing relationships. Understand customer pricing and be able to negotiate pricing to remain competitive with various tier one competitors. Maintain data records and negotiate raw material recovery. Negotiate and communicate annual pricing and budgets. Regular communication with the Sales Manager in developing strategy for customers. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experiences: Degree educated in Engineering or Business. 5 years within the automotive industry or a commercial role. Experienced at hitting KPI's. Excellent negotiation skills.
