Our client in the Aldridge area is looking to recruit an Account Executive to join the team on a Permanent basis. This role will consist of speaking to a base of lapsed customers and re building relationships and taking accounts to the next level. This is not a telesales or cold calling role. Key Duties and Responsibilities Include: Managing the company’s emails Making outbound calls to lapsed accounts and dormant accounts Building relationships at all levels Making appointments and liaising with regional sales representatives Quoting customers for products available and converting quotations to sales Handling customer complaints Issuing credits Customer order management Monitoring customer order patterns Chasing delivery times to ensue the customer is kept informed Working closely with the warehouse to ensure dispatches are sent out correctly Account maintenance including updating customer cards, contacts, etc. Creating new customer cards, obtaining references and credit forms if necessary. Consignment invoicing and replenishment Organising material returns Arrange collection and replenishment of suspected defective stock Exploring new opportunities to up sell in every opportunity Providing copies of statements, invoices and PO’s Running reminder letters / emails Creating the aged debtors spreadsheet Maintaining a positive attitude towards customer service processes Skills / Experience Required: Experience in a telephone based role Relationship building experience IT Literature Good communication skills High level of Customer Service The ability to maximise accounts Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8.30am till 4.45pm Salary: £23,000 15% Bonus The company offers great benefits, free parking and incentives This job was originally posted as
