Role requirements Internal sales are based at Comonay Stafford head Office with a requirement to service a number of aligned existing customers as well as customer engagements generated through both internal and partner based marketing activities. Expectation is internal roles will require some off site customer and partner engagements and as such it is preferred that a full driving license is held alongside satisfactory transport. All roles within the Company require employees to pass Security Clearance along with Non Police Personal Vetting. All applicants MUST be able to demonstrate the following: A passion for driving customer satisfaction, understanding people priorities and values and focussing on successful outcomes. At least 1 years' experience in a sales environment, A foundational understanding of a structured sales methodology. Have clear, demonstrable experience engaging customers and of selling aligning needs to the Microsoft solution/technology/product portfolio Foundation of understanding of customers' needs and priorities in a preferred Public Sector/ Commercial Sector vertical market place Must be able to demonstrate that they can thrive in a culture that requires the best of them personally but also that requires collaborative team working. A demonstrable network of customer and Microsoft connections is preferred but not esssential Role responsibilities Successfully graduate from the Company sales academy and sales acceleration process Meet or exceed relevant target expectations Successfully attain and maintain relationships with and generate business from a defined number of Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer accounts Successfully drive contact with Company tier 3 current or target customers Control and uphold a 'triage' process of both internal and co-partner marketing opportunities Be in control of sales opportunities and be predictable and accurate through regular sales forecasting Comply with the use of Company sales engagement and acceleration tools, methodologies and process. Including the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Uphold a focus on 'Microsoft as a customer' attaining and maintaining a network of value based relationships with key Microsoft personnel.
