Sales Executive / Account Manager Salary: Negotiable £18,000-£25,000 OTE is 40-60K Excellent uncapped commission structure averaging at 15% This role is working on the basis that ALL your accounts won you will RETAIN As long as these are managed and called monthly. You will grow your client base and earn commission of all existing accounts Our Client is a leading global provider of on-site paging, guest management, business intelligence and market research tools. LRS hardware and software solutions are used in a variety of settings including the hospitality, medical, retail and automotive industries. They are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive / Account Manager. Experience in the Hospitality Sales/Technology Industry is a clear advantage. Interviews to take place at the beginning of 2017 with an immediate start if desired. What will the Sales Executive / Account Manager Job entails? Provide exemplary customer service/relationship management and consultative selling to LRS customers via telephone Highly proficient and resourceful at identifying and contacting prospective customers with a high propensity to use LRS products and services. Accomplish targeted performance and revenue objectives on a consistent basis. Answering inbound sales calls Updating database Effective communication on all levels of seniority as you will be required to speak with Directors Sales Executive / Account Manager Details: Obtaining new business via cold calling Developing new business via warm leads Discussing and understanding system specifications Constructing deals Effectively identifying customer needs to sell most relevant services/products Managing your deals from start to finish Building your account base and implementing effective Account Management The Ideal Sales Executive / Account Manager Candidate: Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic and positive "can-do" attitude over the phone. Cold call sales experience including a demonstrated success utilizing cold calling for new business prospects in the technology sector. Strong communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
