PWR Performance Products is a global market leader in the design and manufacture of high performance automotive products. PWR specialises in motorsport cooling applications and supplies leading race teams all over the world including Formula 1, NASCAR, V8 Supercars, BTCC, WRC, Dakar plus high end OEM and the automotive aftermarket. Strong business growth at PWR has created an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Sales Engineer to join the UK team to be responsible for generating sales of cooling system components within the UK and European motorsport market. The Sales Engineer position is a multifaceted role delivering the full sales cycle; from identifying new sales and business opportunities through to liaising with customers and internal PWR departments during the design, order and manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for: - Working with the European business development team, identify new sales and business development opportunities; - Undertake costing exercises and prepare quotations for customers; - Work with the UK and Australian business and engineering teams to deliver solutions that meets and exceeds customer requirements; - Generate good long term relationships with customers with a focus on looking for further business opportunities with clients; and - Working with customers and our engineering team to identify and resolve any performance issues in service. You will need to be able to demonstrate: - Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within the Motorsport industry; - Exceptional engineering and mechanical knowledge and understanding; - A strong "team player" attitude and flexible approach to the work day; - High level communication skills with clients at all levels; - Exceptional customer service skills; and - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
