Are you a dynamic and forward thinking Customer Sales Coordinator with an exceptional eye for detail? Would you thrive in a friendly, supportive and people centred business? We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Customer Sales Coordinator to join an innovative and market leading firm based in North Birmingham. With outstanding customer service skills and an immediately warm and engaging telephone manner, you will be the first point of contact for all customers to this business, and so first impressions will absolutely count. Working as part of a small but experienced team in this industry leading supplier, you will be on hand to answer any queries your customers may have and deal with them with ease, whilst always maintaining your professional manner. Utilising your exceptional attention to detail, you will be processing customer orders onto an internal CRM system. You will oversee and produce sales order documentation, manage pricing lists and provide any other ad hoc support that may be required for your team. Controlling outstanding orders, a pro active attitude to resolve order will enable you to really flourish in this role. With excellent organisational skills, you will be responsible for coordinating deliveries with both suppliers and clients. Furthermore, playing a pivotal role in telemarketing campaigns alongside your colleagues, this role will give you the opportunity to expand upon your already outstanding customer service skills. You will be an excellent communicator, with proven customer service and sales administration skills. You will have good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft software.
