Surveyor Circa £31k Based: Walsall, West Midlands Contract Term:Permanent Hours per week: 37 Hours Early applications are encouraged as our client often experience a high volume of interest for posts. They are seeking a Surveyor to support their busy Home Maintenance Services Surveying Team. You will play a key part in supporting the effective delivery of surveying services, carrying out property inspections, preparing schedules of work and producing relevant reports. Your main job challenge will be to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and assurance in a demanding environment by building strong relationships with customers, colleagues and external partners. The right person will have a HNC in Construction Management and a detailed understanding of health and safety legislation. You will also have some knowledge of fire risk assessments, asbestos management, damp management and housing disrepair. Experience in producing, maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft word documents is also important.
