With the growing demand of our client’s services, a new, but experienced Customer Account Manager is now required to help contribute to the company’s growing success, you’ll be based at their site in the Foston area of Derbyshire. What you’ll require to be considered for the role: A good level of proved experience within a similar position Close attention to details and KPI driven Ability to converse with colleagues at different levels within the organisation Capability of working under pressure Excellent process and computer skills with working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook and Excel Knowledge of WMS and TMS systems You’ll be responsible for the day to day communication with the customers, ensuring that the service provided is always to a high standard and monitoring and oversee the day to day running of the customer accounts, answering queries, completing reports for KPI basis. What you’ll be doing on a day to day basis: Communicating effectively, both written and verbal communication to customers, internal departments and external third party carriers Monitoring administration work and ensuring processes are being followed in line with the documented procedures whilst ensuring customer records are accurately maintained Following day to day schedules and procedures Pre-empting and efficiently reporting all failed deliveries to the relevant person Salary & Working Hours £18,000 - £20,000 Working Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 5:00pm Talk Staff Recruitment is an established division of Talk Staff Group and works with companies throughout the East Midlands and UK with roles including many areas such as: Sales & Customer Service and other commercial positions.
