Clinical Manager - up to £32K - Burton-on-Trent I have an exciting new opportunity for an accomplished Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at my client's substance misuse clinic in Burton-on-Trent. This facility supports working age adults who require rehabilitation as a result of drug and alcohol abuse, and my client focuses on delivering an end to end service that addresses service users' reliance and helps them to return to employment, secure housing and ultimately achieve an independent lifestyle. Clinically, you will ensure that all service users have an individual care plan, have access to a keyworker and oversee the treatment that they receive. Furthermore, you will ensure that all members of staff adhere to medication policies around management and administration, and successfully promote a quality clinical service. You will work closely with outside healthcare professionals and the CQC to ensure holistic care is as effective and innovative as possible, and will build meaningful relationships with them. Managerially, you will be responsible for making sure every staff member receives a regular performance review, adequate supervision in line with job descriptions and expectations of the company. You will be expected to establish and maintain suitable record keeping systems as well as evaluating the quality of nursing services delivered.
