As one of the UK's leading independent professional services companies we are currently recruiting for an intelligent and well organised Learning & Development Administrator at our Birmingham office. As a key member of the Learning & Development team you would assist the L&D Managers and Advisors in the delivery of a professional, consistent and commercial service across the business.

Your role would entail providing reliable and efficient administrative support to the L&D team, focusing on the administration of personal and management development courses as well as assessment centres. Key tasks will include managing all hotel and conference bookings, contacting venues, negotiating prices, booking equipment and managing the provision of course material, plus ensuring evaluation sheets are returned and producing course/assessment centre feedback summaries.

Regular national travel to include overnight stays will form part of the role so you will need to be a flexible individual, comfortable with hard work and occasional long hours.

The ideal candidates will be an intelligent individual with experience providing a high standard of support within a professional office environment. Experience within a fast-paced L&D / Training environment would be an advantage. You must be well organised with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and work to deadline, with excellent attention to detail. You will be a strong communicator with good IT skills, in particular Excel, able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision.

With almost 3500 partners and staff across 35 offices generating a fee income of over £300 million, you would be joining one of the 3 principal mid-market accountancy firms at a particularly exciting time.
