About the Role:

The main purpose of a warehouse administrator is to ensure load plans/cards are paired with the correct paperwork and delivery notes. The role also requires the use of red Prairie to allocate and understanding aspects of stock control to support the warehouse team.

Please note all employees must be flexible and prepared to cover various roles required by the business in the course of their work, together with a flexible approach to hours and shifts as these roles require weekend and Bank Holiday working together with additional hours as required by the business. Own transport is essential.

Key Skills

-        Excellent communication skills - Internal/external and senior managers
-        Ability to multi task efficiently within a dynamic and fast paced environment
-        Ability to work alone and within a team
-        Numeracy and literacy skills
-        IT competence including excel and word

Key responsibilities

-        Allocation of stock
-        Despatching loads to the customer
-        Liaising with other depots and teams
-        Investigating any load discrepancies
-        Ownership of ASN’s
