The Store Manager will be responsible for maintaining a high quality of store operation, analyse financial performance, ensure customer satisfaction and maintain sandwich quality, leading and motivating the team to ensure the financial success of the business. The role involves the recruitment, training and development of high performing teams. You will drive the team to exceed all customer expectations through your passion for the product, fully ensuring that you are satisfying and maximising your customer needs. You will certainly lead from the front, be a real 'hands on' manager, develop your team and ensure your own development is fully explored. Principle accountabilities include: Developing and motivating the team through encouragement of open and proactive communication, establishing and maintaining the culture that the 'customer is paramount' and requires undivided attention, to instill an attitude across the team of providing a superior customer service, treating all employees with respect and dignity and fostering an environment where the entire team does the same. You will be responsible for ensuring that all employees are trained, motivated and empowered to deliver total customer satisfaction and provide on-going training, coaching and feedback. You will maintain the weekly scheduling of the store, working to projected hourly labour goals. You will have accountability for all areas of team recruitment, development and overall performance and will assist by promoting the culture and values of our client by managing with honesty, knowledge and veracity. Operationally you will ensure that the brand execution is are completed to our high standards, monitor all Food Safety and Health & Safety aspects of the store and consistently monitor standards of speed and delivery of service, monitor store equipment on a daily basis and ensure all procedures are adhered to and that all changes are effectively communicated and implemented. The successful applicant will have: The ability to work within a team. Leadership and planning skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. High energy level and enthusiasm. Effective time management skills and training skills. A high degree of detail orientation, self motivation, and a highly professional attitude. The ability to provide constructive criticism to impact results, excellent PC and administration skills (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel). Resilience with a clear ability to handle multiple issues. Proven results in a previous role including managing a team of managers and team members. This is a permanent contract of full time 40 hours over 5 shifts per week across a 7 day operation. Ideally applicants will be flexible to work a range of shifts between the hours of 7.00am - 10.00pm, Mon - Sunday. Please note due to required working shift patterns within this role, applicants must be over 18. Basic salary £18,000 per annum.
