Job Title: Curriculum Developer - New Apprenticeship Standards Location: Home Based - Candidates must be flexible with NATIONAL travel Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension, Mileage Much More Type: Full time, Permanent Duties: - Work closely with the SMT to analyse, design and develop new and existing training programmes / bespoke training solutions for Employers, in line with the new Apprenticeship Standards. - Work closely with the Business Development team and provide support by tailoring existing programmes into new Apprenticeship Standards for the employers. - Act as the subject expert for Apprenticeship Standards, delivering training and guidance across the business. - Work with the quality teams to ensure training resources are available to colleagues for designed programmes. - Evaluate training programmes regularly to monitor effectiveness, such as; Success Rates, Progression through the programme, Feedback from Learners and Employers etc - Maintain own knowledge of the standards, funding, policies, compliance and quality teaching and learning. - Ensure that all paperwork, processes and procedures across the business are compliant with current Funding Rules and contractual requirements. Essential Criteria: - Recognised Teaching Qualification - Cert ED or DTLLS or Diploma in Education and Training (DET). - Experience of conducting Training Needs Analysis with employers. - Experience of designing new programmes and training resources / schemes of work. - Excellent understanding of funding body requirements for Apprenticeships / new Apprenticeship Standards. - Confident, with experience of meeting businesses to discuss their company dynamics and business needs in detail. - Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. - Proven experience of strategic planning and development. - Ability to work to targets and deadlines. - Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle. - Must be flexible with NATIONAL travel.
