JOB TITLE: Advanced Social Work Practitioner
HOURS: 37.5 hours to cover between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm
BASE: Agile Worker
SALARY: £33,227 - £40,964

focus is a Community Interest Company that provides statutory Adult Social Care to the North East Lincolnshire Authority as delegated by North East Lincolnshire Council. We are an innovative, dynamic and forward thinking independent social work organisation. focus has led on introducing an integrated health and social care database; created a multidisciplinary hospital team and has an integrated single point of access function.
As an Advanced Social Work Practitioner, you should act as a role model and use your skills and expertise to assist social workers to achieve best practice and introduce a culture which reduces bureaucracy and delivers more contemporary and flexible ways of working to better support individuals within North East Lincolnshire.
You will need to have IT skills, excellent communication skills and be able to engage positively and proactively with a range of partners, colleagues and others agencies. It is most important that you have an absolute commitment to putting outcomes for our clients at the heart of everything you do.
