Business Development Manager
Due to expansion, our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to promote high value debt collection solutions into Businesses across the UK particularly within the Utility Sector. The Role We're looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to sell tailored debt collection solutions into businesses across the UK. In the role, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for growing and generating all new business as well as maintaining existing business. You will be expected to look after the complete sales cycle from start to finish so you must be confident generating leads but also have the ability and confidence to close sales. Field based, you will be visiting clients across the UK however you will be required to visit one of the offices at least once a week. The offices are based in Walsall, Sheffield and Bristol. The Candidate The perfect candidate for Business Development Manager Position will have the following qualities and experience: - Experience selling a solution or service. - Ideally have knowledge of the debt recovery market or professional services market. - Knowledge within the Utility Sector would be beneficial - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and KPI's. - Strong ability to generate new business. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will possess a positive, professional way of thinking, as well as being creative and always thinking of ways to improve the service you offer. You will be competitive, forward thinking and have an adaptable personality to ensure you can offer the best service to every client you are dealing with. The Package The basic salary for the Business Development Manager is up to £45,000 per year dependant on experience plus OTE On top of this fantastic salary, the company also offer other benefits such as a Company Car, Performance Bonus Scheme, Healthcare scheme, Pension Scheme and 33 days holiday. They also have an on-site gym and a children's crèche at the Head Office in Walsall.
