Full Time Administrator for a dynamic, self-driven and highly organised individual

Key Accountabilities include:

  • ​Providing accurate and efficient end to end administration support for all delegates
  • Maintains accurate records and updating systems
  • Launches and monitors on-line assessments
  • Books hotels and travel requirements
  • Registers, monitors and tracks professional qualifications (ILM)
  • Responds to telephone and email queries from Client (new and excising)
  • Provides general administration support to the Commercial Director

Applicants must have

  • A proven track record for using multiple on-line systems
  • Excellent technology skills/IT competent (word/excel/PowerPoint/office)
  • Experience of working with virtual teams
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A minimum of 5 years administration experience
  • The ability to work from an office or home work
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and communication skills
  • Bags of energy and the ability to multi task
  • The ability to delivery against demanding time schedules/priorities
