Caltherm have a vacancy for an Office Administrator with all round experience of general office work, preferably in an industrial environment.
Candidates must be computer literate with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel. Duties to include audio typing and monitoring of the company emails, post, filing, reception, assembling of manuals, booking hotels and making travel arrangements, maintaining archived, digital and paper job files, raising and placing orders, updating prices and order lists along with any other company administration duties.
This is a very rewarding, permanent non routine job, Monday to Friday with working hours designed to suit family commitments.
