Our post is perfect for anyone with experience or looking to increase their experience in the field as well as to support the senior team in on-call care and support duties. Our ideal candidate: Is enthusiastic and friendly, professional and flexible, a team player, driver, gets on well with people at all levels, is caring with has excellent communication skills and previous experience. Your work activities will include: Working with individuals in their own home with care and/or support needs around the Crewe/ Nantwich / Alsager and Sandbach areas. We are looking to recruit Mid Week & Weekend Emergency On-Call Senior/CARGEGivers As a dedicated Mid week On-Call CAREGiver you will be placed on standby MondayFriday at 5pm until 11pm. Weekends Saturday & Sunday's from 7am until 11pm each day. During this period you will be required to cover any unscheduled or last minute assignments. You must be available to work any shift during that period of time. A retainer amount will be paid for these times & in addition to this you will receive an enhanced pay rate for any visits covered.

This is a rewarding role and duties will include personal care and practical support. Person Specification: Must be able to work competently and independently in order to serve the needs of the people we support in a professional manner and be able to provide services to them with many care needs including, but not limited to, assistance with washing, daily activities, food preparation, and companionship.
