The main responsibilities of this exciting role are as follows:

- Working closely with department managers to identify their vacancy requirements and communicate this effectively to the business and HR colleagues
- Writing job profiles and using various mediums to advertise vacancies
- Fielding advert responses and vetting of candidates
- Working closely with recruitment agencies and other third parties to identify talent
- Arranging and facilitating candidate interviews
- Monitoring of advert success
- Involvement in the recruitment/interview process

Interested applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Experience of working in an internal recruiter role
- Experience of using social media and job boards to identify talent
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

Due to the location of our client's site, it is advisable for applicants to possess access to their own transport. The role may also involve travel to multiple UK sites.
