Contract Scheduler based within a busy sales environment for a successful engineering company in Brierley Hill. Permanent role working full time.

The main duties for the role will include:

- Handling inbound calls, emails & letters
- Processing sales orders from new and existing customers
- Offering technical advice on products
- Business to business Account Management
- Offering support to new & existing customers
- Data Entry/Updating a company database
- Contacting suppliers
- Processing purchase orders
- Working with customer drawings
- Attending meetings with customers when required

Skills/Experience Required:

- Good telephone communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Experience working with technical drawings would be a great advantage however not essential as training will be provided
- Can work well under pressure
- Excellent data entry skills
