Travelodge has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator to join the team based in Walsall. You will be on a full time permanent basis with a competitive salary of up to GBP18,000 per annum.

The job in a nutshell

As Warehouse Administrator you'll perform administrative tasks to ensure the Warehouse based Maintenance teams and wider Insourced Maintenance team are well-organised. You'll maintain the systems and processes, support financial procedures, and provide support to the Head of Insourced, and Head of Outsourced Maintenance.

This role is a 6 month fixed term contract with the potential to become permanent based in Walsall, WS2.

What you'll be doing as our Warehouse Administrator

- Provide administrative support for the Insourced Maintenance teams

- Provide general and project administration duties as required

- Collate and submit monthly expenses for all Warehouse based staff

- Compiling and processing of monthly invoices that are in line with warehouse budgets, for approval

- Place stock orders and track spend through well maintained purchase order system, where required

- Compiling weekly reports for senior management

- Booking travel requirements and accommodation as required for the maintenance teams based out of the Warehouse, where required

- Act as key communication point between the Warehouse based teams and Head Office

- IT escalation point for Warehouse based teams

- General office upkeep and replenishment of kitchen supplies, including any cleaning when required

- Assist with fleet management where required

What we'll expect from our Warehouse Administrator

- Previous experience working within an administrative role

- Experience with purchasing/purchase order tracking and processing invoices would be ideal

- Experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets using basic formulae/look-up functions

- Personable, approachable, enthusiastic, adaptable and capable of dealing with a variety of tasks at once with an ability to work well under pressure and prioritise

- Drive and determination to continuously improve with strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Customer focussed
