Our client provides water coolers and ancillary goods into the public sector, utility companies, industrial, commercial and retail customers. They have offices in the Midlands and the Northwest and have in excess of 10,000 customers across the whole of the UK. They are a successful and growing company that is looking for talented employees to want to work in a customer service and sales environment that is both challenging and rewarding.
The role of the Customer Care Representative Team is to identify and realise new contract opportunities within the existing client base and also make contact with new business opportunities and be involved in preparing quotations and the presentation to both prospective and existing customers.
To be successful, applicants will have some experience in a customer service and sales environment, with the ability to develop excellent customer relationships. You will need to be enthusiastic and self-motivated as well as be able to work as part of a team. You will rewarded by working in a friendly, motivated environment and a bonus and commission package on achievement of set goals.
25 Hours per Week - Monday to Friday
Salary: £10,660 per Annum
