Meeting and Events Operations Manager
My client has beautiful venues around the Northwest and is looking for an experienced Meeting and Events Manager. This is a hands on operational role that requires an experienced self motivated individual to take on the role.
The duties of the Meeting and Events Operations Manager job include:-
- Ensuring the M&E Operation runs smoothly to meet and exceed the Company’s high standards.
- Providing and ensuring the M&E operations team provide the highest levels of operational and customer service
- Training and Development of your team
- Maximising Sales Opportunities
To meet the challenge of the Meeting and Events Manager role you will need to possess:-
- Previous experience in a similar role running Weddings, Banqueting, Conference, Corporate and Private Functions.
- Demonstrable leadership, interpersonal, motivation and communication skills.
- A proven track record of running a successful, busy C&B Operation
- The drive and tenacity to succeed.
