The company is a national company with over 20 years experience within the security industry, with its head office based in Staffordshire. The company provides a truly unique service specialising in monitored home protection, which keeps the home and family safe from intruders, fire, medical emergencies, CO, leaks and floods.
Due to the continuous growth and expansion of the business they are now recruiting for ambitious telesales/lead generators to join our team. This is an ideal role for those eager to follow a career in sales and the only thing holding them back is a lack of experience. Full training and coaching/ mentoring will be given to help you develop a career in sales. All we ask is for enthusiastic, energetic, reliable candidates who are keen to learn new skills.
Sociable Hours. No weekends - Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm. (32.5 paid hours)
The company's office is currently located in Norton Canes where your initial place of work would be however we are relocating imminently to Walsall town centre, due to expansion, so you would be based there.
The new office is within close proximity to train and bus services and only a few minutes away from the town centre and other services.
To succeed in this role you will be a confident, outgoing individual who thrives in a fun but professional, target driven sales environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Making outbound business to consumers calls
- Work to daily / weekly, individual and team targets
- Explaining and promoting the product to prospective clients
- Confident and friendly telephone manners
- Excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated attitude
- Confident and professional
