We are looking for a hands on QMS manager who can manage both people and processes, you will be managing a team of 5 and you will have full P&L responsibility for the department and be expected to develop your existing team.
Essential Quality Manager Skills:
· Engineering background
· Proven track record in quality management
· Supplier quality management
· Line management experience
· Autonomous and innovative
· Understanding of quality tools and techniques
· ISO quality internal and external auditing experience, the ability to control an audit from start to finish
· Customer focused
