Appointment Setter - FULL OR PART Time
To support the business development managers by creating high quality, qualified meetings to be attended by the sales managers. You will be required to maintain a record of activity within the CRM system, along with building close working relationships with sales managers.
*Uncapped Bonus Structure – OTE £35,000 per annum
*Full Time (37.5 hours per week) or Part Time applications 20 hours plus per week – must be available to work core business hours between 10am and 3pm Monday to Thursday.
Required Skill & Experience:
* Minimum 12 months experience in a B2B Lead Generation OR Appointment Setting
* Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sector
* High level of tenacity and focus
* Self-motivated with an inner drive to be successful
* Methodical in approach with an ability to identify real opportunities
* Excellent closing ability
* Structured and organised
* Good relationship builder with external prospects & internal colleagues
KPI's: * 2.5 Hours call time per day * 80 - 100 dial spins * 15 appointments sat per Month
